In a cooperation with MicroStep-MIS, Carpediem successfully deliver AWOS CAT III in a mission to improve aviation safety in Domine Eduard Osok Airport, Sorong. As one of the busiest airport and important hub in papua region, this improvement reach new milestone for the government of Republic Indonesia to the latest issue in Papua.
The AWOS system delivered are state-of-the-art system with latest developed technology and software algorithm to process weather information based on ICAO, WMO, FAA and other international regulation. Completed with Ceilometer, RVR, Observation camera and standard weather station this system perfectly answers the requirement of the Navigator, Observer and Forecaster working in the area.
